03 / Rules

Every turn follows the same rhythm: choose a card, make a legal connection, then exchange that card before play continues.

Assign the cards

Each player receives two piece cards, while a fifth card starts as the neutral card.

Play a piece

The starting player chooses one of their cards and places the matching piece on the board.

Match every edge

The piece must extend the network and align with every adjacent piece. Only an end piece may stop a connection.

Keep a route open

A move is illegal if it makes connecting the two end pieces impossible.

Swap and continue

After playing, swap that card with the neutral card. If no legal move exists, swap a card and pass. Otherwise, you must play.

Complete the network

The player who makes the final connection between the two end pieces wins.
